With today’s Solar Eclipse and New Moon energy, I felt to sit with The Animal Realm to ask them their perspective: of this solar eclipse, and solar eclipses generally. As always, they offered insight and guidance generously and with so much love.
It’s also an interesting date for anyone into numerology: 848, ∞4∞.
Please take what you need from this loving guidance but also honour what you feel during this powerful energetic time. Feel what is shifting within you, as well as what is shifting within your environment. As the Animal Realm continues to remind us, “The energy is intrinsically linked between all…… we feel and experience as One”.
“Darkness into Light”.
What does a solar eclipse signify for them?
“It’s an event. A passing phase of surrogacy. It beckons a reset, a change of direction for a brief, compounded moment of time. To take stock and reassess. It’s like a pause that continues to move. A rare opportunity to feel something extra ordinary. You,” (humans), “are all so aware of seeing, and often miss the opportunity to also feel this rarity. It’s exceptional to experience on all levels, all dimensions, of existence. Recalibrate yourselves here. Reset. Revert your ego and acclimatise yourself to the event. Experience your vulnerability with whole-hearted openness during this unique gift of energy.”
The Animal Realm were asking us to bring ourselves into presence for the duration of the Solar Eclipse; prior, during and after. “The transition includes the energy entering, through, and continuing on after what you see. Bring your awareness to how you’re feeling around that time.”
What do you feel during a Solar Eclipse?
“Oneness. Totally connected and in tune.”
“The Hush.” The Animal Realm showed this to me like a note continuing to reverberate. The remnant of a musical note in the air, waiting for the next to ‘kick in’. They shared a wonderful sense of peace mixed with anticipation. Rest with a sub-surface activity, of shifting energy and re-adjustment. There was the sensation of eagerness to make the most of this opportunity.
The Animal Realm continued to share: “These energies are found in other events. The energy during a solar eclipse is also experienced during other astronomical events, other planetary movements we are physically, observationally, unaware of. They’re occurring without our conscious awareness but affecting us all in a similar energy to that of a Solar Eclipse.”
The Animal Realm explained how a Solar Eclipse elsewhere, as other planets align with their moons as Earth does with her moon, still affects us. “The energy is intrinsically linked between all.” They explained it as just like when events occurring in different areas of a room we are in affect us, events occurring in different areas of the universe we are in affect us.
“The scale is irrelevant when we exist as one, are connected as one, feel and experience as one.
Darkness is a different proportion of light, as lightness is to dark, yet they are the same. Different points on the same scale.”

The Animal Realm’s description of a Solar Eclipse.
What can we take from it? (As in learn):
“The opportunity. To pause. To reset. Appreciate it fully for what it is, not just what it looks like. Submerse with it. With them.” (Sun, Moon, Earth and all the energies involved in a Solar Eclipse.)
The Animal Realm wanted to remind us there are more involved in the solar eclipse that just Sun.
“It’s a combination of events that create the whole experience. Recognise that within your own span of life. It’s not just that moment that defines and creates that moment, its all the factors which created that and continue it on to the next moment, which is created from that one too. One moment accumulates from many but is its own moment in time. Therefore, no one is the same. Each is as different as the next.
The events you name Solar Eclipses, remind me* of how unique moments can be. There cannot be the same experiences, same outcomes, same totality, for something so unique. This resonates through All, through everything. Each particle of existence in existence is unique so nothing, and no one, is the same. Everything, and everyone, is not the same. Alike, similar, cloned even, but never the same.
Remember this: This is your superpower, not weakness. This is your strength to embrace, to utilise, and let shine. Not hide, suppress or dilute.
To weaken your uniqueness is to weaken who you are. What other animal does that? None. Why should you?
The Sun, Moon, and Earth differ vastly yet come together for these events. Without each, or one, this would not occur. The Sun does not try to be the Moon, the Moon not the Earth. They bring themselves fully into the mix.”
